The boiler in Sarah’s three-bed semi in Launton had been cutting out every few weeks since the previous winter. Each time, she’d reset it and hope for the best. By November, it was happening daily and the house wasn’t getting properly warm.

The original installer had fitted the boiler in a cupboard with tight access. Getting the old one out and the new one in without damaging the pipework or the wall was going to take some thought.
