Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) 

If you’re a landlord, you’re legally required to have every gas appliance in your rental property checked annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The certificate has to be issued before a tenant moves in and renewed every 12 months.


We issue CP12 certificates on the day of inspection. We can also set up annual reminders so you never miss a renewal.
