Who We Are

Wynn’s Plumbing & Heating is a family business started by Tom Wynn, based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. We cover everything from emergency plumbing and boiler repairs to full heating installations and heat pump systems.


We started because we kept seeing the same thing. Homeowners being told what they wanted to hear, not what they needed to know. Engineers who didn’t turn up when they said they would. Quotes that changed once the work started.

We wanted to do it differently.

What We Stand For 

Transparent Pricing, Reliable Workmanship

We give you a fixed written quote before any work starts. What we quote is what you pay. We show up when we say we will. If a heat pump isn’t right for your home, we’ll tell you rather than install one anyway. And if a repair is all your boiler needs, we won’t try to sell you a replacement.


We’re Gas Safe registered. We’re part of the ALTO MCS Assured installer network for heat pump installations under the ALTO umbrella scheme. We’re listed on Checkatrade and MyBuilder. Every job is done properly, certified, and left tidy.
